Brig of the Judgements, I beseech you
On this day of democracy, as we seek to give voice to the will of our people:
Brig Brethach, touch our words with inspiration that we may fuel the justice in our hearts.
Brig Briugu, quench our grasping hungers that we may nourish our communities.
Brig Ambue, ease the feverish fears that haunt us that we may welcome all.
Law Giver, mother of tradition, hold us to the traditions we hold dear,
remind us who we seek to be as a people,
grant us the clarity to challenge your child in the name of equity.
Brig, Exalted One, I beseech you,
grant us your blessing this night that we may be a blessing in turn to others.
So may it be.
